Material rewards (Money) are the only element that continues to motivate employees even beyond the subsistence level.

If the satisfaction (Incentives) received by a member becomes less than the contribution made by them, the existence of the organization is endangered.

An organization survives only as long as it continues to give 'Specific Incentives' (like salary) in exchange for contributions.

The entire responsibility for maintaining balance in the organization lies solely with the subordinates.
