A 40 year old male who was a case of right both bone forearm fracture posted for open reduction and internal fixation with plating under supraclavicular approach of brachial plexus block.Inj.Lignocaine was used for blockade.While injecting, the patient developed seizures followed by unresponsiveness.On examination,carotid pulse was not felt.Not a treatment measure in this patient would be-
