Solve the following questions on the basis of the information given below:
In Hero’s Cup, a cricket tournament, there were six teams – India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, England, South Africa and Australia which participated and the tournament was held in India. In Group A India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka were grouped while in Group B, Australia, England and South Africa were grouped. In the first round, each team played a match against every other team in the group. The top two teams from each group then moved to the semifinals. In the Semifinals, a team plays a match against another team from the other group. The winners of the semifinals then move to the finals and on the basis of the finals, the winner is decided. Andy, Bishop, Cathy, Derek, Ether and Feather are six umpires from these six countries- India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, South Africa, England and Australia- not necessarily in the same order. Two umpires are involved in each match. The following information is known about the matches:
1. All the Group A matches are held in Mumbai, Chennai and Delhi while all the Group B matches were held in Kolkata, Kanpur and Hyderabad.
2. In each of the first round match, one umpire is from the same country as one of the two teams playing called the host umpire while the second umpire is from the country in the same group that is not playing called the alien umpire. Each umpire acts as a host in one of the matches and as an alien umpire in the second match in the first round.
3. In both the semifinal matches, the two umpires are from the countries that were eliminated in the first round while in the finals the two umpires are from the countries that lost in the semifinals. Also, each semifinal is played on a ground on which neither of the two teams playing the semi final has played a match in the first round. The final match is played on the ground on which neither of the teams in the finals has played any other match in the past.
4. Andy is the host Umpire in India vs Pakistan match at Chennai while Ether is the alien Umpire for England vs South Africa match at Kanpur. They were the umpires in more number of matches than any other umpire.
