A 60 year old male presented with complaints of giddiness occurring in clusters of 20 minutes on & off for 5 months . he had no history of trauma , during the episodes of giddiness, patient also had episodes of hearing loss and tinnitus. His CNS examination was normal, he also states that his vertigo was his 1st symptom. What could be the diagnosis ?
