Condyloma acuminate or venereal warts are caused by HPV 6 or 11 usually involving the vulva, vagina, or anal region
Occurs on the penis and vulva, in the urethra and vagina, at the uterine cervix, and in the perianal region.
May become large and invasive
Condyloma lata: Seen in secondary syphilis.
EXTERNAL GENITAL WARTS, also known as condylomata acuminate, are caused by infection with human papillomavirus (HPV), a virus regarded as the cause of one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

Option B: Bowen's disease is a very early form of skin cancer that's easily treatable. The main sign is a red, scaly patch on the skin. It affects the squamous cells, which are in the outer layer of the skin, and is sometimes referred to as squamous cell carcinoma in situ. It is caused by prolonged exposure to UV radiation. If left untreated it can change into squamous cell carcinoma.
Option C: Condyloma lata are flesh-colored or hypopigmented, macerated papules or plaques. Condyloma lata is caused by secondarily acquired syphilis, it comprises flat lesions such as papules and plaques. They have been reported in 9 to 44% of syphilis cases. Their surface may be smooth, papillated, or covered with cauliflower-like vegetation.
Option D: Hemorrhoids, also called piles, are swollen veins in your anus and lower rectum, similar to varicose veins. Hemorrhoids or piles are usually caused due to dysfunction of anal cushions. They can be external or internal, bleeding may or may not be present, and no lesions around the vulva are present. Hemorrhoids can develop inside the rectum (internal hemorrhoids) or under the skin around the anus (external hemorrhoids). Nearly three out of four adults will have hemorrhoids from time to time.
