geosynchronous sat (apparently) moves up and down but always remains in front of India, i.e. in 12 hours it moves from one pole to other but in doing this it remains in front of India , as far as i know, if you find any answer plz let me know.

geosynchronous means at the same time we would be able to see it daily (like moon), and geostationary means stationed at one place and remain at same place all the time

and reason for all time visibility of geosynchronous satellite may be its latitudnal position which 55°E
