The most important attribute that I can associate with getting 99.99 percentile is mock test series and regular live class training.In order to get 99.9+ you should aim at getting 100 on one section - VA/DI & LR/Quant. And keep the other two 99.7+ ideally. Do reading for about 7-8 hrs. Give 2 mock CAT every week and solve about 100 questions daily of di lr and quant.
